About This Resource

This has 10 questions that are NOT multiple choice, where the problems are either solving equations or solving inequalities.   It will have immediate feedback for the students and can be used with clickers (activotes).

Connections to Standards

This is a quick 10 question type of assessment. The teacher can decide what type of assessment to use it as. It could also be independent practice for the students.

Alignment to Standards

Represent, analyze, and solve problems involving linear equations and inequalities in one and two variables.
Select a source necessary to answer the research question.
Show which of these possibilities is the case by successively transforming the given equation into simpler forms, until an equivalent equation of the form x = a, a = a, or a = b results (where a and b are different numbers).
